Thank you for this rating. We have sent your tracking number at least 3 times and responded about two minutes ago. Your order is on the way. Unfortunately, we have no control over USPS delivery times. We can't mark it lost or stolen until 40 days after shipment and that is USPS's policy. The tracking number has been emailed today, this past Saturday, and when the order shipped on February 27th. Once the 40 day window is up , we will file a claim and refund your money.
